GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF E-GIFT CARDS

E-gift cards are redeemable for items only on bvsport.com. BV SPORT's-gift cards cannot be purchased or used in our partner distribution stores or with our web partners.

EXPIRY DATE

Your e-gift card is valid for 1 year after the date of receipt.

USE

The total amount of an order made with an e-gift card on the bvsport.com website includes (i) the price of the product(s), (ii) the sales tax, where applicable, and (iii) the delivery charges. If the total of the order is greater than the value of the e-gift card, the balance will have to be paid by credit card, via PayPal or with another e-gift card.

The balance of the e-card will be immediately deducted, while your credit card or PayPal account will be debited after delivery of the items. All purchases made with e-gift cards are subject to the approval of the general terms and conditions for online purchases and the use of the website. You acknowledge that you have carefully read these general terms and conditions and agree to abide by them in their entirety. When using the e-card, the unused balance will be available for future purchases and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money under any circumstance.

ACCOUNT BALANCE ENQUIRY

You can check the balance of your e-gift card directly on your online account.

CANCELLATION OF THE E-GIFT CARD

You cannot cancel the purchase of a BV SPORT e-gift card after the date of receipt, even if it has not been used. 

If you return a/any product(s) initially purchased with an e-gift card, you will receive a code for the amount of the returned item(s). If you are returning a product originally purchased through multiple payment methods, the refund will be made first through the original payment type, credit card or PayPal, up to the original amount billed, and then in the form of a discount code for the value of the remaining balance.

LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARDS

E-cards will not be replaced in case of loss or theft without presenting valid proof of purchase. Gift cards should be considered as cash. Please contact us for further information.

FRAUD

BV SPORT reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend the processing of any e-gift card or order in case of suspected fraud, as well as any e-card sent in error with an incorrect amount, or in case of any other breach of the terms of use of e-gift cards.
