Deliveries and returns
The products sold by BV SPORT are only delivered to the countries listed in the product description (unless otherwise indicated for each product or each supplier). The products are delivered to the delivery address that you have indicated during the ordering process, and this within the limits of available stocks. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the processing and delivery times. In the case of items that can be delivered on different dates due to their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time.
However, BV SPORT reserves the right to split deliveries. The contribution to the processing and shipping costs will only be invoiced for a single shipment.
The order will only be processed upon receipt of payment. Consequently, the deadlines applicable in this case are those on the day of receipt of payment and may therefore be modified in relation to those mentioned on the day the order was placed.
All orders placed before 1pm from Tuesday to Friday are dispatched the same day, regardless of the delivery method. Orders placed between Friday 11am and Sunday evening midnight will be dispatched the same day on Monday. Orders placed on Monday will be processed on Tuesday morning. Our parcels are shipped only after validation of the payment by credit card (immediate).
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and you will be required to pay the shipping charges for each of them. Special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.
You must check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery note and indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (anomaly, damaged product...). You must also confirm these reservations to the carrier at the latest within two working days following receipt of the item(s) and send a copy of this letter to BV SPORT - 16 rue Necker- 42000 SAINT-ETIENNE - FRANCE. If the products need to be sent back to us, they must be sent back within two working days following delivery. Any claim made outside of this period will not be accepted. The return of the product can only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).
Compliance or quality
We undertake to reimburse you or exchange any products that do not correspond to your order (defective or non-conforming). You must make any claim concerning items that do not correspond to your order (delivery error, non-conformity of the products, etc.) by any means (e-mail, fax, registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt) on the day of delivery or at the latest within two working days following delivery. Complaints should be addressed to the contact details specified in Article 9 "Customer Service". On your complaints you must indicate the contact details of the purchaser, your delivery note number, the product references shown on the delivery note and the reasons for your complaint. Any claim formulated outside of this period will not be accepted.
BV SPORT will exchange or reimburse the product(s).
The return of products in case of product error can only be accepted for complete products, in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions...) with a copy of the purchase invoice.
The return of the product in case of defect or non conformity can only be accepted for products in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions...).
The shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed.

We offer you the possibility to return the products within 14 days from the delivery of your purchase.
To return a product or products, simply follow the steps explained below:
Login to your customer account
Click on "History and details" of my orders
Click on the reference of the order concerned by the product return
Tick the box(es) corresponding to the product(s) you wish to return
Then enter the reason for the return
Click on the "Generate Return" box
After validation by us, you can then send your product back to us within 14 days, accompanied by the return form** to the address indicated below:

**In case of product defect or error on our part during your order, a pre-stamped Colissimo return label will be provided to you (if you are in metropolitan France). Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please ensure that you send back clean, unused and unworn items with their tags in their original packaging.
When you receive your order, please try on your products indoors only; in the case of underwear, please try them on over your own.
Otherwise, your return will not be accepted, and the products will be returned to you.
Refunds: In the case of payment by credit card, a bank details form will be required to make the refund. In the case of a payment by Paypal, it can be done by crediting your credit card.

Return shipping costs
In the event of a refusal to deliver a package :
If your refusal is due to a withdrawal (change of mind about your purchase): You will be responsible for the return shipping costs or they will be automatically deducted from your refund even if the initial shipping costs were offered. The refund will be effective after reception of the article in our warehouse and after verification that it is returned in perfect condition in its original packaging.
If your refusal is due to an anomaly noted on the packaging or the product: The return costs will be charged to BV SPORT.
In the case of an error in size or colour:
If this is due to a customer error: The return costs will be at your expense or automatically deducted from your refund even if the initial shipping costs were offered. The refund will be effective after receipt of the item in our warehouse and after verification that the item is returned in perfect condition in its original packaging.
If this is due to an error by BV SPORT: In this case, the return costs will be charged to BV SPORT.
In the case of an anomaly found on the product within 14 days:
In this case, the return costs will be charged to BV Sport.
