HOW MUCH DO DELIVERY COSTS START FROM ?

For any order over 100 euros delivery will be free if you live in one of the following countries : Mainland FranceSpainPortugalGermanyAustriaBelgiumFinlandGreat BritainIrelandLuxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden

If your order is not over 100 euros, or if you live in a country that is not mentioned above, varying delivery costs will be added to your order, depending on where you live. These will amount to 4.90 euros if you live in Mainland France  

However, if your order is being delivered to a country other than Mainland France, you are likely to pay customs duties or other local taxes, import duties or even state taxes. These costs will be at your expense. 


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?

You can also track your order directly via your customer account under the "Order history and details” section by selecting the relevant order reference number.  

At the bottom of the page, you will find all the information about your order as well as the link to track your package.

Once your order has been entrusted to our carriers, your order will take between 2 and 9 working days, depending on where your parcel is being delivered to.


HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS ?

You can check the progress of your order at any time in your customer account in the "Order history and details” section.  All you need to do is select the reference number for the last order.

You will also receive notifications by email informing you of the changes in your order status.


HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL ?

When your order is entrusted to our carriers, you will receive an email letting you know that your order has been dispatched along with your tracking number and a link to track your order. 

You can also track your order directly via your customer account under the "Order history and details” section by selecting the relevant order reference number.  

At the bottom of the page, you will find all the information about your order as well as the link to track your parcel.


WHERE IS THE NEAREST PICKUP POINT TO MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ?

Thanks to our partnership with Colissimo, we have access to more than 8000 pickup points in France. 

You can find your nearest pickup point directly on the Colissimo website. 

You will also find this information on our website www.bvsport.com where you can choose the "Colissimo - Pickup point" delivery option when finalising your order.


I  HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO ?

If you do not receive your order:  

    - Check the details you gave at the end of the order to check you did not make a mistake. 

    - Login to your customer account to get your tracking number and see where your parcel is.  If you do not know how to do this, the process is explained here

I DID NOT PICK UP MY ORDER AT MY PICKUP POINT, WHAT SHOULD I DO ? 

Your parcel is available at your pickup point for a limited period of 15 calendar days. After this statutory period, your parcel will be returned to BV SPORT.

    - Either redeliver the parcel.

We deliver to all French Overseas Departments and Territories.
