1 - Go online to bvsport.com.
2 - Browse the different categories on our website and choose the product(s) that you want to buy. Select your size and the colour(s) that suit(s) you for each product and add it/them to your basket.
3 - Once you have chosen your item(s), click on the basket in the top right. You can then check the product(s) in your basket. You can enter a promotional code if you have one.
4 - Click on "order".
5 - If it is your first order, you will then be asked to create your customer account and fill in your personal details and delivery information. Otherwise, you can sign in with your existing account. Check that all the information you have filled in is correct, proceed to checkout and fill in your bank details.
6 - After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order with our services.
You receive a confirmation email registering receipt of your order as soon as you have completed the payment. Then we will prepare it and dispatch it as soon as possible. Finally, our carriers will deliver your order to your house or the pickup point of your choice.
After confirming your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email registering receipt of your order.
If you have forgotten a product or picked the wrong size after confirming your order, you will not be able to change or cancel your order by yourself.

All orders placed before 1pm from Tuesday to Friday are entrusted to the carriers on the same day, irrespective of the delivery method.
All orders placed between midday on Friday and midnight on Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.
If a product becomes out of stock after you have confirmed your order.
We will contact you to find a solution as soon as possible.
When your order is entrusted to our carriers, you will receive an email letting you know that your order has been dispatched along with your tracking number and a link to track your order.
You can also track your order directly via your customer account under the "Order history and details” section by selecting the relevant order reference number.
At the bottom of the page, you will find all the information about your order as well as the link to track your parcel.

3 - Look for the reference number of the relevant order.
4 - Click on the icon for the relevant order.
5 - Click on the icon to download the invoice.
