WHY CREATE A BV SPORT ACCOUNT ?

For a personalised and interesting BV SPORT experience!  

We will give you your order history and information about your orders and you can choose your preferences (including marketing preferences). It also means it is easy to ensure your details are accurate and up to date, such as your contact and payment details. You can also save items in your basket, see tips on sizes and you can rate and give feedback on products you have purchased from us.

HOW DO YOU CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ? 

To create your customer account, click on the following link : "Create an Account".  Then follow the registration process by filling in the form with your personal details. Then click on "Register". You will then receive an email confirming your registration on our web site. 


WHY DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY EMAIL ADDRESS ?

We need your email address so we can tell you what stage your order is at in the process or so you can track your returns. It also means we can contact you if there is a problem with your order or it is going to be delayed. Your email can be used (only if you give your permission when signing up) to inform you about our latest products, promotional offers and our sports news.


FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD !

Don’t panic! You can reset your password at any time by clicking on the "Login" button at the top right of the website’s home page www.bvsport.com, then click on "Forgot your password?". Then follow the steps to reset your password. You will receive your new temporary password by email. 

If you don’t get an email with your temporary password, first check your spam. If the email is not there, please contact us at the following email address: contact@bvsport.com 


HOW DO I CHANGE MY DETAILS ON MY ACCOUNT ?

Login to your personal account, and go to the "My personal information" or "My addresses" section to edit your details, then click "Save" to register your changes.


WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER INVOICES ?

Login to your customer account, then click on the "order history and details” section.  

You now have two ways to access your invoice:

     - Either by clicking directly on the sign  of the relevant order and then on the logo

     - Or by clicking on the order reference, scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking on the logo


ARE MY PERSONAL DETAILS KEPT CONFIDENTIAL ?

BV Sport is committed to protecting all its customers’ personal details*. These details are only collected so we can deliver your products to you and tailor offers to you.

In complying with the Freedom of Information Act of 6 January 1978, you have a right to access, edit or delete any of your details. 

You can make this request:

- By connecting to your customer account

- By contacting us via our contact form

BV SPORT will be the only party processing your details. These details are only collected to be used by BV SPORT.

*If you are a minor, it is strongly recommended that you ask for your parents permission before providing your personal details or email address.


HOW DO I DELETE MY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ?

To delete your customer account, you must make this request via our contact form.  

Once your customer account has been deleted, all documents relating to your orders, all your promotions and all your personal details will no longer be available and cannot be recovered. 

You can however make a new account.


WHY SHOULD I SUBSCRIBE TO THE BV SPORT NEWSLETTER ?

The weekly newsletter allows you to have a sneak peek at what is new, any ongoing promotions and offers, as well as BV SPORT news.

2 - Click on the "My personal information” section.
